Job Title: *Architectural Draftsman* Location: Gurgaon Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with expertise in 2D and 3D designing and space planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and technical plans to support design and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Assist architects and designers in space planning and optimizing layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and detail drawings based on project requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design standards and client expectations. Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to verify measurements and existing conditions. Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and company guidelines. Work closely with the design team to create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings for presentations. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software. Strong understanding of space planning, building materials, and construction methods. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Ability to interpret architectural sketches, concepts, and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
