Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer located in Kolkata. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for architecture, preparing construction drawings, architectural design, drawing, and urban planning. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Design skills Construction Drawings and Drawing skills Experience in urban planning. Strong attention to detail and creativity Degree in Architecture or related field. Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations. Make floor plans, elevations for the projects. Prepare and modify plansPrepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar). Coordinate with vendors and consultants, business development team with regard to projects on approvals. Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual stages through to completion. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals Conduct site visits to check on project progress and quality of work. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.,
