Job Description

We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and excel across various disciplines of art and design. Your primary focus will be on honing your eye for detail and connecting the dots in the design process to craft compelling narratives and stories. Your responsibilities will include visualizing and developing designs that align seamlessly with the design brief, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from aesthetics to final production and setup. You will be tasked with creating drawings and 3D models for different design elements and overseeing their precise installation on site. Collaboration with our structural design team and coordination with vendors and production teams will be essential. Due to the dynamic nature of our projects, the ability to deliver swiftly and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial. To qualify for this role, you should possess relevant experience in design, particularly in installations, events, and interiors. Demonstrated accountability for meeting deadlines and deliverables is required. A methodical and detail-oriented approach is essential, along with the capacity to effectively coordinate and respond to requests from various project stakeholders. Strong communication skills are vital for translating design concepts to clients, fabricators, and other parties involved. You must be adept at delivering production-ready files and proficient in 3D design software such as Sketchup, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Rhino. Experience with 2D design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, and AfterEffects would be advantageous.
