Job Description
Architect Roles and Responsibilities
Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs using software like Auto CAD
Project Management: Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they adhere to budget, schedule, and client requirements.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, present designs, and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Tendering Process: Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and bids from contractors and suppliers.
Manage the licensing process:
Oversee all aspects of obtaining necessary permits and licenses for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare and submit documentation:
Compile and submit accurate and complete architectural plans, specifications, and other required documents for licensing applications.
Maintain project records:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing-related information, including permits, approvals, and communications.
