We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. You should have strong visualization skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of architectural principles and building codes.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare architectural designs from concept to execution
• Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD and related software
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to finalize project requirements
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project managers for timely execution
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project documentation
• Review and modify designs based on client feedback
• Work on interior and exterior planning based on project type
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Key Skills Required:Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and structural systems
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
