You are invited to join SWBI Architects Pvt. Ltd., a distinguished Design Consultancy Firm headquartered in Gurgaon, with additional offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. Specializing in Architecture, Corporate Interiors, and Engineering, we offer innovative design solutions to a diverse clientele of multinational corporations. We are currently seeking talented professionals to fill the positions of Senior Architect (8 to 15 years of experience) and Mid-Level Architect (3-6 years of experience) for our Base Build Architectural Projects team at our office on MG Road, Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and developing designs - Producing and coordinating GFC Drawings - Engaging in client meetings - Collaborating with Structure & MEP Consultants - Conducting site monitoring The ideal candidate should hold a B.Arch. degree from a premier institute and possess substantial experience in designing mid-sized Architectural projects, particularly Commercial Base Build Projects at a reputable design firm. Proficiency in the latest design software and practical experience in the field are essential. Key selection criteria include: - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch-Up, Enscape, or similar software - Strong communication skills for client interactions and presentations - Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings throughout project stages - Knowledge of building codes and bylaws - Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. Interested candidates are requested to provide their portfolios for review.
