Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified architect proficient in constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD. You should possess an in-depth understanding of all steps involved in project completion and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Additionally, you must be capable of performing quality assurance checks regularly to verify compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and drawings that articulate the architectural design of the project. Drawing upon your knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and materials, you will strive to achieve the desired finished product. Conducting site evaluations to uphold work quality and safety standards, as well as providing oversight and recommendations throughout the construction process, will also be part of your role. Collaboration with diverse teams to define objectives, schedules, and budgets is essential for successful project management. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture and have at least 1 year of experience in construction and architecture. Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills are necessary attributes for this role. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup is also required to excel in this position.,
