Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Architect, you will be an integral part of our architectural design and planning projects, working closely with senior architects and project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, excellent design and technical skills, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable spaces. Responsibilities: Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects in developing and refining design concepts. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of projects. Drafting and Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents using industry-standard software. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and analyses to gather essential information for project development. Evaluate site conditions, constraints, and opportunities that may impact the design process. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to address design challenges. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and address client feedback. Maintain clear and open communication to ensure client satisfaction. Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. Integrate sustainable and innovative practices into design solutions. Quality Control: Review drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that deliverables meet the firm's standards and the client's expectations. Professional Development: Actively pursue opportunities for professional growth and development. Stay abreast of advancements in architecture and related fields. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation. Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with team members and clients. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve design and technical challenges. Creative problem-solving skills are essential. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Professional Licensure: Pursuing or holding architectural licensure is a plus.
