Job Description
Architect Experience 5 to 7 yrs Location : Sea woods and Bandra Please attach your portfolio when you apply. and Subject: Mentioning Architect Ensure preparation of schematic design Prepare and Ensure preparation of schematic design Prepare briefing drawings for the external consultant and procure conceptual design for approval Coordinate with external architect to procure schematic design based on management comments on conceptual design Coordinate with structural consultant to incorporate inputs into schematic design Prepare sales plan including floor plans and amenities Prepare and review the final working drawings made by draughtsman Facilitate preparation of shop drawings by Mivan Ensure preparation of Models and mock ups Provide architectural drawings and brief to model maker Monitor and track progress of the model preparation Finalize services drawings with the services consultants Prepare electrical layout and get the same approved from services consultants Procure plumbing and HVAC drawings from services consultants Monitor and track ongoing construction at site to ensure it is in line with the design Facilitate preparation of sample flat & common areas in the tower Software knowledge : Advanced Knowledge of Autocad and Revitt Software is preferred,
