Job Title: Freelance Architect Plot & Home Design Specialist Company: Evergreen Homes & Properties Location: Kerala, Angamaly (Remote/Flexible Site Visits) Job Type: Freelance / Contract-Based About Us: Evergreen Properties is a leading property development firm with over 42 residential projects across Kerala. We specialize in plot developments and villa projects, aiming to provide smartly designed spaces that match the dreams of modern homebuyers. Were looking for a creative and experienced Freelance Architect to design homes and optimize plot usage for maximum beauty, functionality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Design custom homes and villas based on individual plot sizes and client ideas. Develop smart plot layout plans that ensure efficient use of land and modern living standards. Convert client concepts into practical, visually striking architecture. Provide 2D plans, 3D elevations, and interior layout suggestions. Create aesthetically pleasing yet functional architectural solutions for a variety of site conditions. Coordinate with our internal site engineers and project managers to ensure execution of designs. Stay updated with current residential design trends, materials, and sustainable practices. Maintain clarity in drawings and documentation to support approvals and construction. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture. 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and plot-based architectural projects. Strong design portfolio showcasing plot development and home architecture. Excellent understanding of Keralas architectural styles, vastu compliance (preferred), and modern design sensibilities. Software proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion (or similar tools). Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Compensation: Project-based or retainer salary, to be discussed during a direct meeting. Ongoing work available based on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
