You will be responsible for assisting in concept development, design, and execution of projects, creating detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, developing 3D renderings and presentations, conducting material research, and collaborating with senior architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure project efficiency. Additionally, you will prepare and present project reports, design proposals, and Microsoft Office documentation, exhibit leadership qualities, and make proactive decisions to meet project deadlines. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, along with 2+ years of experience in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools is essential, as well as a strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
