Job Description

As a Senior Architect, you should have at least 2 years of work experience in the field. Your role will involve effectively communicating and collaborating with clients and team members to develop project requirements and design specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling projects, conducting site visits, and carrying out inspections. Proficiency in Auto Cad and Sketch Up is essential for this position, along with a Bachelor's degree in architecture. It is important to consider sustainability and energy efficiency in material selection while working on projects. You will collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other professionals to integrate their input into the design process. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the preparation of construction documents, attending site meetings to provide clarification on design intent, and participating in design presentations to clients and project teams. It is crucial to stay informed about current trends, technologies, and advancements in the field of architecture. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from 35,000.00 to 45,000.00 per month. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person.,
