New Urban Concepts, a prominent architectural firm based in Bhubaneswar, specializes in the development of large-scale housing projects. We pride ourselves on cultivating a creative and collaborative atmosphere and are currently looking for dedicated architects to join our team in both Senior and Junior Architect roles. As a Senior Architect at New Urban Concepts, you will have the following responsibilities: - Take the lead in overseeing and managing large-scale housing projects throughout the entire process, from conceptualization to completion. - Collaborate effectively with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. - Provide guidance and supervision to junior architects and team members. - Ensure adherence to building codes, local regulations, and project timelines. - Prepare detailed design documentation, client presentations, and actively participate in meetings. - Monitor project progress closely and conduct on-site visits to maintain quality control standards. In the role of Junior Architect, your duties will include: - Assisting senior architects in various tasks such as design, drafting, and documentation. - Supporting project coordination efforts and working closely with consultants. - Participating in client meetings and contributing to presentations. - Conducting site visits and aiding in project reporting and documentation. - Assisting with project scheduling and handling administrative responsibilities. Qualifications for Senior Architect: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - 3-4 years of relevant experience in the field of large-scale housing projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite. Qualifications for Junior Architect: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp is advantageous.
