As a Travel Support Agent fluent in Arabic and English, you will be an integral part of our on-site team in Thane, Maharashtra. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service in a voice process, utilizing your proficiency in both Arabic and English languages at a C2 level. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a GDS process and be a graduate by educational qualification. Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is essential for this role. You will be expected to demonstrate strong spoken skills in Arabic and English, along with the ability to adapt to a 24x7 rotational shift environment. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position, and the salary range offered is between 7.5 - 8 LPA.
