Job Description Caartel Music provides services to independent music artists in a subscription format. We render service and support in A&R, Music Marketing, Catalogue Development, Music distribution, Image Management, Content and Social, PR, Sync and Licensing, Design & 3D. Our subscriptions are designed for artists to engage on a project basis. We do not sign any contract with the artists. We design the delivery of a subscription as per artist's genre, need, personality, TG and budget and help them stay independent, by giving them services of a label team. Roles and Responsibilities Talent Scouting: Actively search for emerging artists across various genres. Make relations with lyricists, producers, singers, arrangers, engineers for the projects in motion or of future. Artist Relations: Foster relationships with existing and potential artists. Supporting the A&R team in their regular operations of creating a track for the managed client/artist. Administrative Support: Assist in the organization of A&R meetings, maintain databases, and handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the A&R department. Content Curation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content for the retaining clients. Think of new content ideas by doing extensive research and trend analysis. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of artist development plans, promotional activities, release plans, content schedules, research, timelines etc. Social Media Management: Participate in social media efforts to build awareness around Caartel Music and its roster by engaging with the online music community and listeners. Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities for professional growth, staying informed about industry advancements and participating in skill development initiatives. Qualification You need to be a Graduate from a reputable institute. Or should be pursuing it while applying. Being a graduate in music will give extra points. Being a musician/songwriter/producer will help. Experience in A&R or artist management will also help you.,
