Job Description: AR Denial Management Senior Executive Company: AIG Healthcare Location: Gurugram, Sector 48, Gurgaon Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST (US PST Shift) Salary Offering: 40,000 CTC Transportation: No cab facility for male employees or those residing outside Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Analyze and manage the resolution of denied claims. Investigate and resolve complex insurance billing and claim issues. Work closely with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate billing. Follow up with insurance companies to ensure the proper reimbursement of claims. Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and develop strategies to reduce future denials. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and actions taken regarding claim denials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Provide training and guidance to junior team members on denial management processes. Generate and present reports on denial trends, resolutions, and key performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.5 to 4 years of experience in AR denial management or a related role within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes and insurance claim lifecycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work night shifts as per the US PST time zone. Additional Information: This role requires working in a night shift, aligning with US PST hours. The company does not provide cab facilities for male employees or employees residing outside Gurgaon.,
