Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AR Caller. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and resolving discrepancies in medical billing and insurance claims. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, identifying and rectifying billing errors, and documenting the status of claims in the system. This role is located in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Experience with medical billing and insurance claims Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to use billing software and maintain accurate records Capability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or related field is beneficial,
