Job Description
Your tasks and responsibilities as Application/ Technical Engineer (m/f/d): You are responsible for achieving a defined technical task at both current and prospective customers in the designated territory. You travel to customer manufacturing facilities to demonstrate AVT/SVS products and review applications/issues in order provide solutions to these applications. You capture competitive data and continuously update other project details in CRM system. You assist at trade shows and other marketing events to generate qualified leads. You generate leads for AVT and SVS products by collecting information on customer applications. You work closely with Sales Manager and participate in the development and optimization of sales strategies. Your ideal qualifications You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electronic, automation, or computer science. You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Machine vision technical products. You have experience with electronic imaging including CCD/CMOS sensor technology, cameras, optics and knowledge of lighting is a strong plus. You are familiar with Linux embedded system. You are familiar with image process tools, like Cognex, OpenCV. You have strong problem-solving skill. You have excellent inter-personal and customer service skills. You can handle multiple priorities and possess excellent organizational skills.
