Opening for Application Support Engineer Functions CRM / Handling customer inquiries Technical analysis of customer inquiries & identifying the requirements Product & accessories selection based on application Prepare and create responses to customers requests for quotations, cost estimates Assist the operations of marketing team and provide back end support for Field Sales Engineers Identify 3rd party equipment / Buyout items and obtain Technical and Commercial offers from sub-vendors Preparation & submission of Technical/commercial offers, datasheets, drawings for customer approval Respond to post-proposal technical queries and revise the quotations, if necessary Scrutinizing customer Purchase Orders & Order processing Preparation and reporting of all the sales related MIS Desired Profile Good Verbal & written communication skills Familiar with basic concepts of Automation, Field instruments, basic Electrical engineering Proficient in MS Office applications Job Location Coimbatore - Malumichampatti Gender Female Experience 0 - 2 Year(s) Education B.E./Diploma EEE / Instrumentation Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In Benefits: Life insurance Paid time off Shift: Day shift,
