Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for mapping out and optimizing app navigation flows across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. Your role will include ensuring intuitive and user-friendly navigation that aligns with UX best practices. You will be expected to identify bottlenecks, dead-ends, or inconsistent transitions in the user journey and develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for app functionality and navigation. Your responsibilities will also involve conducting end-to-end testing for key user flows such as onboarding, login, and checkout. It will be crucial to validate UI responsiveness and consistency across different devices and platforms. Utilizing testing tools like Appium, Selenium, or Detox to automate critical test paths will be a key part of your role. You will be required to perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing as necessary. Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent platforms will also be part of your tasks. Collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure readiness for production releases will be essential aspects of your role.
