What You'll Do Frontend Development Leadership : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using AngularJS, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Team Management & Mentorship : Manage and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables. Core Technologies : Apply strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript (with a clear understanding of OOPs concepts), HTML5, CSS3, and Sass/SCSS to build robust user interfaces. API Integration : Expertise in consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless data flow and application functionality. Performance Optimization : Drive front-end performance optimization initiatives, including implementing lazy loading and code splitting techniques. Testing & Quality : Utilize experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Karma, Jasmine, Cypress, Protractor) to ensure high code coverage and application reliability. CI/CD & DevOps : Contribute to and ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines, leverage version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions), and apply DevOps practices for efficient deployment. Deployment & Scaling : Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end deployment and scaling solutions. Cloud Platforms : Collaborate on front-end hosting solutions leveraging Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on Contribution : Maintain strong hands-on coding and debugging skills with a continuous focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Problem Solving & Decision Making : Apply strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills to overcome technical challenges and guide the team effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : 7-8 years of professional experience in front-end development. JS Framework : Strong proficiency and extensive experience with AngularJS components, directives, services, and dependency injection. Core Languages : Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. Team Lead Experience : Mandatory experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring a development team. Web Technologies : Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Sass/SCSS. API Integration : Proficiency in consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs. Responsive Design : Strong experience in building responsive, performant, and cross-browser compatible applications. Immediate Availability : Ability to join us by June 2nd, 2025. Preferred Skills (Key Desirables) Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end deployment. Proficiency in front-end performance optimization, lazy loading, and code splitting. Experience with testing frameworks (Karma, Jasmine, Cypress, Protractor) and ensuring high code coverage. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions), and DevOps practices. Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and front-end hosting solutions. Good to have experience in the EdTech Domain and integration with LMS, CMS, or SIS platforms.
