Your role at Timken will involve timely follow-ups and escalations, maintaining low Ageing %, effective handling of Customer's Queries, co-ordination with Cash, Claims & stakeholders, and ensuring strict compliance with productivity standards. You will utilize your knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience in Credit & Collections, along with strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication, time management, stress tolerance, commitment, and dedication are essential for success in this role. You will need to demonstrate effective listening, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and reconciliation skills. Decision-making, problem-solving, innovation, critical thinking, and presentation skills will be crucial for managing tasks efficiently. Adaptability, ownership, and teamwork are key qualities to demonstrate, utilizing a SMART approach.
