Accountable for accurate deliveries to customers. Ability to troubleshoot and guide customers with API integration and marketing platforms. Ability to create API scripts, send test leads, and general experience with web fulfillment platforms in the lead generation space (Msights, Converter, Integrate, Dropbox, etc) Excellent in preparing, presenting & publishing reports that support stakeholders (Mgmt., CSMs, etc.). Commitment to improving the Fulfilment process by identifying issues and providing recommendations. Formulate strategic qualitative & quantitative analysis for Fulfillment to drive business needs. Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Macros, and other automation methods to ensure lead Fulfillment quality is effective and efficient. What Youll Bring: Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, excelling in data Fulfillment preferably in a demand generation and/or digital marketing environment. Must be a graduate (preferably Computer Sciences or BE) Experience with marketing platforms and ability to engineer integrations. Debugging, Problem-Solving Skills & Reporting Skills essential Organised and self-motivated with the ability to effectively undertake pressure & meet deadlines. Quick learner with a short Learning Curve in a challenge-based environment.
