Manage fare calculations, refunds, and itinerary planning. Coordinate with airlines and clients for seamless ticketing support. Deliver prompt and professional customer service. Candidate Requirements: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in air ticketing. Proficient in any GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Strong understanding of fare rules, routing, and travel regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
