Designation: Air Ticketing Executive Experience: 1-2 years Location: Pune/Mumbai Shift : Day Shift, 5 days working, Rotational Week offs Travelxp is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Flight Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of flight operations for our discerning High-Net-Worth clientele (HNW). Roles & Responsibility: Independently manage the booking, ticketing, and itinerary creation for domestic and international flights, ensuring adherence to company policies and client preferences. Possess in-depth knowledge of international flight regulations, routes, fares, and ticketing procedures. Proactively monitor flight schedules and manage any disruptions, cancellations, or changes. This includes communicating effectively with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders to implement necessary adjustments and rebooking. Handle flight reissuances independently, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Manage vendor relationships with airlines and other travel service providers, negotiating rates and securing the best possible deals for our clients. Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for flight operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries regarding flight options, schedules, fares, and any travel-related concerns. Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a travel agency or similar role, with a proven track record in flight operations. In-depth knowledge of international flight regulations, routes, fares, and ticketing procedures (IATA certification a plus). Experience handling complex flight disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking scenarios. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel industry booking systems (e.g., GDS). Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.,
