We're Hiring: Air Ticketing Agent (Full-Time) Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM 9:00 PM A growing travel and tourism company, TRAVEL DESTINATION is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: Booking, issuing, reissuing, and canceling domestic & international flight tickets. Handling GDS systems like Amadeus and Sabre. Providing accurate fare quotes and travel itineraries. Managing customer queries regarding flights, bookings, and travel requirements. Coordinating with airlines for any schedule changes or special service requests. Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional support and timely updates. Requirements: Proven experience in air ticketing (minimum 3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of GDS platforms. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
