Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled AI/ML Lead to take ownership of machine learning and AI initiatives, driving innovation and delivering data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience in AI/ML, looking to step into a leadership role while still being actively involved in development and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI models into business applications. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Evaluate, tune, and optimize model performance for real-world production use cases. Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend relevant tools and techniques. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI/ML team. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in machine learning or AI model development and deployment. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. Experience with version control (e.g., Git), data visualization tools, and model deployment platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deploying AI models. Knowledge of MLOps practices, model monitoring, and continuous training.
