Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in computer vision to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in deep learning, particularly in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), object detection using YOLO (You Only Look Once), and familiarity with Vision-Language Models (Vision LLMs). You will be responsible for developing and deploying AI models for real-world vision-based applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification, and segmentation. - Implement and fine-tune YOLO-based object detection frameworks (YOLOv5, YOLOv7, YOLOv8, etc.). - Apply Vision LLMs (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, GPT-4V, Gemini) for multi-modal tasks involving text-image interactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems. - Work on data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation for vision datasets. - Evaluate and improve model accuracy, speed, and robustness. - Document project workflows, model performance, and technical findings. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. - 23 years of hands-on experience in computer vision projects. - Proficient in Python and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Strong understanding of CNN architectures and transfer learning. - Practical experience in using YOLO for object detection tasks. - Familiarity with Vision LLMs and prompt-based visual tasks (CLIP, BLIP, etc.). - Experience with OpenCV and image/video processing techniques. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with deployment of models using ONNX, TensorRT, or similar. - Knowledge of version control tools like Git.Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS). - Prior work on real-world/commercial AI products or research prototypes.
