Job Description
Asst. General Manager - Sales at Freyr Energy (India's Leading Rooftop Solar company) Location: Hyderabad Travel: Moderate to high Reporting to: DGM Roles and responsibilities: Revenue and margin Responsible for meeting residential sales target for the entire region as well as meeting sales target each sales member reporting to AGM Cross Functional Requirements o Finance - Interact with Finance team to ensure that data/ information on Sales pipeline and against every project milestone. Report deviations to Sales Head and resolve in a timely manner. o Operations team Support Ops Team with client and project related information as per company process o Marketing Work with marketing team to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize conversion of qualified leads to orders o Market intelligence Regularly gather competitor insights in your region of operation and report it to Sales head along with recommendations MIS Responsibilities - Prepare and report sales data regularly to Sales Head Process Ensure each member of your sales team is following the process established by the company Requirements 5-7 years of sales experience including at least 2 years of Managerial experience Prior sales experience in the retail segment is a plus MBA and/or B-Tech is preferred Skills expected: Networking and relationship management with clients Ability to manage and motivate sales managers Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficient in using Excel and Powerpoint Other Requirements & Expectations: Able to travel 50% of the time Self-motivated, go-getter Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment About Freyr: Freyr Energy provides simplified solar solutions for homes & businesses, making clean energy accessible & affordable.
