Position: Agency Manager (HEALTH INSURANCE)
Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in insurance sales (health/life insurance preferred) or Banking sales
Qualification: HSC and Graduate
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Location: CHANDIGARH | MOHALI
Roles and Responsibility
- Recruit and onboard new agents
- Ensure agent training and development
- Build strong agent relationships
- Track market intelligence
- Drive business via agent network
Candidate Requirements
- Insurance agency roles only
- Candidates from CASA BFSI or MFI industries can also be considered.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and promising profile also be considered.
