Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to drive sales and brand awareness. Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators. Build strong relationships with affiliates and negotiate commission structures to maximize ROI. Monitor, track, and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation. Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to provide affiliates with the necessary assets and support. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities. Utilize affiliate marketing tools and platforms to manage partnerships efficiently.
