JOB DESCRIPTION:- As the Adobe AEM Adaptive Forms Tech Lead, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle Skills/ Experience:- Lead the design and development of Adobe AEM Adaptive Forms solutions based on business requirements. Provide technical expertise in Adobe AEM Adaptive Forms, including form design, workflow development, and integration with backend systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Architect scalable and maintainable AEM Adaptive Forms solutions that meet performance and security requirements. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on Adobe AEM Forms development techniques and best practices. Stay updated with Adobe AEM Adaptive Forms technology trends and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance development processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe AEM Forms implementations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Adobe AEM Forms development, with a strong understanding of AEM Adaptive Forms architecture and components. Proficiency in Java programming language and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Manager Adaptive Forms. Strong understanding of web services (RESTful, SOAP) and integration patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Adobe AEM Forms certification(s). Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets.
