Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copywriting to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation or e-commerce performance campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize spend based on performance goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, or third-party ad platforms.
