Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, meeting monthly sales targets, and providing guidance to prospective students throughout the admission process. This role requires a blend of consultative sales skills and a passion for helping students find the right educational path. location : Santosh Nagar- hyderabad Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Enrollment Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand students needs and recommend suitable programs. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission requirements. 2. Lead Generation & Conversion Engage with leads generated through various channels (website, social media, events, referrals). Follow up promptly with all inquiries to maximize conversion rates. Track and nurture leads through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 3. Relationship Building & Customer Service Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students to foster trust and encourage enrollment. Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, resolving concerns, and guiding students through the application process. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.,
