Job Description
You will be working as an Admissions Counselor for i20fever, an education consultancy based in Hyderabad, with branches in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Warangal. The company is partnered with over 200 universities across the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Ireland. Your role will be based in Visakhapatnam on a full-time on-site basis. As an Admissions Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to guide students through the University Selection process, Application Process, Visa Guidance, and Post-visa assistance. Your daily tasks will involve conducting student consultations, processing applications, managing data, and providing support to students pursuing international education. To excel in this role, you should have a background in Sales related to Education, possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, have experience in admissions counseling or educational consulting, and be knowledgeable about visa processes and international education systems. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, communication, and customer service skills to ensure a positive student experience throughout their educational journey.,
