Job Description
* *ASO (Mayapuri Call Center)*
* Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience can apply
* CTC: Up to 5 LPA for experienced candidates; 3 LPA for freshers
* Maximum Age: 33 years
* Excellent communication skills required
*Working Days:*
* Saturday and Sunday are working days
* One weekly off between Monday and Friday
*Work Timings:*
* *ASO:* 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (9-hour shifts)
* Note: No shifts after 7:00 PM for female employees
* *All other positions:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
*Salary Structure (Important Note):*
* Monthly salary will include statutory deductions (PF, Gratuity, etc.)
* Approx. 5,000 is deducted from CTC each month.
* Example: For a CTC of 3 LPA (25,000/month), in-hand salary will be approximately 20,000.
