About Delhi Paramedical & Management Institute

Job Description

You will be responsible for counselling parents and students who visit the institute or inquire over the phone. This includes handling regular admissions enquiries and converting positive leads. You will need to follow up with parents, answer and make professional phone calls, and conduct outbound calls. Additionally, you will manage enquiries and leads from various sources such as webinars, seminars, campaigns, and databases. You will provide academic and career counselling to potential learners and their parents through telephone, video calls, and other mediums. Your role also involves guiding prospective students through the admission process. Meeting individual admission targets and achieving the agreed conversion rate from enquiries to admissions is a key part of your responsibilities. You should be adaptable in working arrangements and duties allocation. Furthermore, you will provide counselling and training to team members at DPMI skill centers nationwide while managing databases and coordinating with other departments. Essential Skills: - Preferred experience in university/college admissions - Self-motivated with a drive to work - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills - Enthusiastic and positive attitude - Ability to present documents accurately and professionally - Effective organization of work activities according to priorities and deadlines - Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently - Effective analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Good written and spoken communication skills in English/Hindi - Commitment to achieving team goals and objectives Educational Qualification and Experience: - Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
