Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team at the Institute of Banking, Skills and Career. This role is completely sales-driven and target-oriented, focused on converting inquiries into successful admissions.

• Roles and Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures
• Convert hot leads and walk-ins into successful admissions
• Follow up with potential students and close enrollments within defined timelines
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM
• Explain course structure, fee details, and placement assistance effectively
• Coordinate with the telecalling team for efficient lead conversion
• Ensure smooth onboarding of students with support from the academic team
• Represent the institute in seminars, webinars, and career fairs
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling or admissions (preferably in the education sector)
• Excellent communication in both Hindi and English
• Strong sales, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software
• Must be goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed monthly targets
