Job Description
?Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries related to institute courses.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career outcomes.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure conversion.
- Update and manage enquiry and admission data in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the academic and training teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to build trust with students and parents.
? Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
- Well-presented, confident, and persuasive in conversation.
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital communication tools.
- Passion for education and helping students choose the right career path.
