Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate educational products or services (e.g., courses, test-prep programs, software tools).

Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product value.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead/customer data.
