You are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Executive with a focus on logistics to provide support for day-to-day administrative and logistics coordination activities. Your main responsibilities will include managing dispatches, coordinating with delivery partners, maintaining records, and assisting internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Your key duties will involve coordinating daily logistics and dispatch schedules, updating inventory and delivery records in Excel, communicating with warehouse, factory, and delivery staff for timely goods movement, preparing dispatch documents and bills, monitoring shipments, supporting the procurement team with tracking, and handling general office admin tasks such as courier services, filing, and supply management. To be eligible for this role, you must be a male candidate who is married. A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or admin support, preferably in the FMCG or a related industry, is required. You should possess strong coordination and follow-up skills, a good command of MS Excel, basic documentation knowledge, and effective office communication abilities. Being reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented are also essential qualities for this position. Candidates residing nearby are preferred for this role.
