Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain records of inward and outward entries (couriers, materials, documents, etc.). Handle visitor management welcoming guests, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with relevant departments. Oversee office cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance coordination with vendors or housekeeping staff. Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and prepared for use. Maintain documentation and filing systems (both physical and digital). Monitor and maintain employee attendance records (manual or biometric system) and report discrepancies. Assist in managing employee discipline tracking late comings, absenteeism, and supporting HR in issuing warnings Support in basic onboarding formalities (stationery, seating, ID cards, etc.). Coordinate with HR for employee welfare activities and facilities.
