Key Responsibilities: Managing Multiple Clinics: Efficiently oversee and support the operational activities of multiple clinics, ensuring seamless functioning. Housekeeping Services: Monitor and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across clinic facilities in the city. Safety & Security Services: Assist in implementing and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for patients, staff, and assets. Clinic Infrastructure Management: Support in the maintenance and functionality of clinic infrastructure for optimal patient care. Vendor Management & Development: Assist in managing vendor relationships to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations and maintain adequate inventory levels across clinics. Facility & Events Management: Aid in coordinating facility operations and organizing events within clinics. Liaisoning& Property Management: Support in liaising with property stakeholders and managing related contracts effectively. Patient Comfort: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing patient comfort and satisfaction within clinic premises. Courier Services: Assist in managing logistics for efficient courier services, ensuring timely deliveries and receipts. Telecommunication: Support in maintaining communication systems for seamless connectivity within clinics and the organization. Inventory Management: Assist in implementing inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage. Legal Issues: Aid in addressing operational legal matters in collaboration with the legal team to ensure compliance. Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments within the Organization. Brand Awareness: Contribute to initiatives to enhance the clinic chain's visibility and reputation. New Property Search / New Projects: Support in exploring and assessing new properties and projects for potential expansion. Cost Effectiveness: Identify opportunities for cost-effective measures to optimize resources and operations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; additional qualifications are advantageous. Prior experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.
