Job Title: Admin & Accounts Officer Experience: 0 to 1 year Job Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Work type: Mon to Friday Job Summary: The Admin & Accounts Officer will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient office operations and providing support to the team. Additionally, the role will involve handling basic accounting tasks, contributing to the maintenance of accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing files, managing supplies, and ensuring a well-maintained office environment. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Support HR with recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Organize company events, workshops, and training sessions. Maintain and update office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and repairs. Manage office budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Provide administrative support to the management team as required. Accounts: Support the finance team in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports. Assist in reconciling bank statements and monitoring petty cash. Provide support during audits by organizing and providing necessary documentation. Assist in the preparation of budget reports and monitor office-related expenses.
