Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Provide training, guidance, and support to team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Invoice Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices. Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. Monitor and manage the AP inbox for incoming invoices and queries. Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors. Resolve any vendor disputes or issues promptly. Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform regular reconciliations of AP accounts. Prepare and analyze AP reports and metrics. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with internal and external audits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
