About This Role: What You Will Do:Primary Responsibilities: Receives and reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness. Reviews, verifies, and processes a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization. Manages the purchasing card program and ensures proper support and approval are obtained for credit card purchases. Assists with audits and provide necessary documentation and support. Ensures compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. Investigates and resolves discrepancies between vendor statements and company records. Resolves discrepancies and issues related to invoices, coordinating with other departments as needed. Qualifications:Required skills: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. 24 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in accounting software and applications (e.g., Excel). Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and providing support to team members Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to use critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. ,
