Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic accounts and Admin Manager to lead the Human Resources and Administrative functions for our real estate business specializing in villa projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, handling accounts recruitment, ensuring compliance, and overseeing daily administrative operations across sites and the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Maintain employee records and manage payroll coordination.
Accounts management
Taxation
Bills payable
Trade receivables
Outstanding follow ups
Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Administration:
Supervise daily administrative operations at head office and project sites.
Oversee office facilities, maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
Manage documentation, file systems, and official correspondence.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and site-wise staff deployment.
Coordinate with site engineers, security teams, and housekeeping staff.
Handle government approvals, licenses, and documentation as required.
