Job Description
A healthcare company and its associated enterprise (in finance, accounting & advisory business) is looking for competitive candidates as Accounts & Office Assistant who will be responsible for handling financial transactions, data entry in systems, handling incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining proper storage, retrieval, and distribution. Assist with invoicing, processing expenses, and bookkeeping etc. Responsibilities 1) Assist with invoicing, processing expenses, and bookkeeping. 2) Input data into company systems, including customer details, sales figures, or other key metrics. 3) Handling incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining proper storage, retrieval, and distribution. 4) Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, appointments etc. 5) Interact with clients or customers through phone, email, or face-to-face to provide information and support. 6) Office Administration. Qualifications/Criteria 1) Bachelor's degree preferred 2) Proficiency in computer operations especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Emailing etc. 3) Knowledge of accounting software (Tally) will be added advantage. 4) Good communication skill.
