Job Description
oles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver account reviews and performance reports.
- Resolve client issues and provide prompt support.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for account growth.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
