Job Description
Manage Client Accounts: Handle billing, rent collection, and maintenance of tenant ledgers. Generate and send invoices for rent, deposits, and fees. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports on rental income, expenses, and profitability of residential properties. Track occupancy rates and analyze financial impact. Budgeting & Expense Management: Develop and monitor budgets for property maintenance, repairs, and operational costs. Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with real estate tax laws, housing regulations, and accounting standards specific to residential leasing. Prepare documents for tax filings related to property income. Tenant & Vendor Liaison: Cash Flow & Asset Management: Monitor and forecast cash flows from rent collections and property operations. Assist in financial planning for property acquisitions or upgrades. Team Supervision & System Management: Lead accounting staff responsible for rent rolls and bookkeeping.
